Who we Are
Opt for Action is a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting high schoolers to activism. We are completely student-run and focus on different issues throughout society such as environmentalism, human rights, and voting issues. We tackle these problems through education, awareness-building, and grassroots activism. Our many chapters have the opportunity to engage with their communities and impact those around them. We hold fundraisers and drives for local causes, run an activism-focused book club, host speaking engagements, and much more.
Our Mission
Our primary mission is to create a community dedicated to the wellbeing of our nature and society through inclusivity, discourse, awareness, and concrete change.
We are not slacktivists.
